TERMS & CONDITIONS :

1. All application shall get endorsement from related Regional Leader before submission to HQ Dealership. 
2. Submission of below completed form to HQ Dealership to process application for capsules: 7 working days.
3. Total of capsules application are based on event estimate participant, helper quantity in each event and subjected to Regional leader approval. Minimum required on event participant quantity at least 200 pax.
4. Scenario of capsules quantity calculation:

   • Estimate participant: 400 paxEstimate 50% is coffee drinker: 200 pax

   • Coffee capsules200 pax = 200 capsules/ 2 cups= 100 capsules (10 boxes)

   • Milk capsules (50% quantity of approved coffee capsules. (If any)= 50 capsules (5 boxes)

5. After the events, the partner must submit at 3 pieces event photos within 3 days to Dealership department(Telegram:012-2371392) and event report to Regional leader. Failing which, the partner will be imposed 10 times of total capsules amount.
6. All event capsules need to be fill in boxes. Coffee capsules approved flavor are approved subject to stock availability.
7. The terms and conditions is subject to change from time to time without prior notice. 

条款和条件：

1. 所有呈交的表格必须得到区域领袖的认同。
2. 所呈交的表格必须完整，同时需要7天工作天前呈交。
3. 申请的咖啡胶囊数量是基于活动出席人数、咖啡大使助理人数及区域领袖同意，活动出席人数至少200人。
5. 申请者必须在活动3天内呈上至少3张活动照给Dealership department (Telegram:012-2371392)，以及呈上活动报告给区域领袖。如无完成，申请者将会被征收10倍的胶囊价钱。
6. 所申请的胶囊必须以（盒）数量填写，所批准的咖啡胶囊口味将视存货量而决定。
7. 本公司有绝对权对任何部分之条件和细节更改、修订、增加而不作事前通知。
