Filling up this form means you are a sure buyer of The K Chronicles Online KPop Shop and you agree to the Terms and Regulations of the said online shop. Cancelling of orders is prohibited once order form is submitted.
Terms and Regulations
1. We only ship fully paid items.
2. You must be willing to wait for the items' arrival. Delays can happen due to various reasons. Only items past 30 days would be fully refunded.
ETA OF ITEMS:
On-hand items - 2-5 days
MCM Bags - 1-2 weeks depending on the available color/model
Shirts - 1-4 weeks depending on the bulk of orders
Albums - 2-4 weeks depending on the availability
3. Shipping fee ranges from 90-150+ pesos depending on what item and the quantity.
4. All payments should be settled every Thursday (for MCM and on-hand items) to avoid delays. Failure to send full payment on that day means your items will not be shipped on the nearest Saturday.
5. All transactions and orders should be made in The K Chronicles' Order Form. No sending of orders through PMs and texts anymore.
Addtl. For Resellers/Wholesalers:
1. The K Chronicles will only permit up to 3 drop ship addresses.
2. We only give discounts for bulk items:
MCM Regular - 650 each | minimum of 3 pieces
MCM Studded - 1000 each | minimum of 3 pieces
MCM Floral - 1000 each | minimum of 3 pieces
Shirts (customized) - 5% off of the total price for 6-11 shirts. 10% off for 12 shirts and above.
Caps - 200 each for 3-5 pieces, 150 each for 6 pieces and above
Other items - 5% off for worth 2000 pesos worth of merch, 10% off for worth 5000 pesos, 15% off for worth 10,000 pesos.
